The focus of this role is the design and implementation of data pipelines that connect multiple source systems with a modern Snowflake-based data platform. In addition, you take a coordinating role within the data integration workstream and help align delivery across distributed teams. The project is based in the DACH region and aims to build a unified data foundation for the entire bank.
Your Tasks
- Implementing: You contribute to the implementation of data integration pipelines using Apache Kafka and Flink, connecting multiple source systems to a Snowflake-based data platform.
- Coordinating: In your role, you coordinate nearshore resources within the data integration workstream and help ensure consistent delivery across teams.
- Aligning: You act as a key interface between onshore and nearshore colleagues and support the alignment of technical implementation and delivery priorities.
- Collaborating: You work closely with stakeholders in the DACH region and contribute to the successful execution of integration activities in a complex project environment.
Your skills and experience
- Kafka Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka in development and integration projects.

- Mobility: Occasional trips to Germany will be required for team and project meetings.
Your Personality
- Structured: You bring clarity into complex integration landscapes and ensure structured execution across teams.
- Collaborative: Working across onshore and nearshore teams comes naturally to you, and you know how to align different stakeholders.
- Responsible: You take ownership for coordination topics and ensure reliable delivery within the integration workstream.
