Architect/Consultant SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (m/f/d)

You design and deliver modern SAP BTP-based integration and extension architectures that connect SAP and non-SAP landscapes. Working closely with customers, you translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions and take ownership of complex integration programs from architecture to implementation.

At the same time, you act as a technical advisor for integration strategy, cloud architecture, and platform decisions across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments.

• Architect & Design: You design end-to-end SAP BTP architectures, including integration landscapes, extension scenarios, and security concepts across Cloud Foundry and Kyma environments.
• Integrate & Build: You design and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Open Connectors, building iFlows and integration scenarios across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Enable & Extend: You enable SAP S/4HANA Cloud and on-premise integration scenarios and support extensions using CAP, RAP, and SAP Build technologies.
• Advise & Lead Workshops: You lead technical workshops, guide architectural decisions, and act as a trusted advisor for customers on integration strategy, DevOps, extensibility, and licensing topics.
• Operate & Optimize: You troubleshoot complex integration issues, improve performance, and ensure stability, security, and scalability across integration flows and platform services. You also manage SAP BTP subaccounts and governance aspects.

• SAP BTP Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and its core services, especially SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Cloud Foundry or Kyma runtime environments.
  
• Architecture Experience: Strong background in designing cloud and integration architectures in complex SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA Cloud and hybrid environments.
  
• Technical Depth: Profound expertise in at least four of the following areas:
  • CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
    
  • RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
    
  • SAP Fiori / UI5
    
  • SAP Build (Apps, Process Automation, Work Zone)
    
  • Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh
    
  • SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, Joule, Process Automation
    
  • BTP platform administration and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Cloud Foundry, Kyma)
• Integration Skills: Strong understanding of API-driven, event-driven, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in international customer environments.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills required. German language skills are a plus.
