Senior Business Analyst / Developer Front Arena (m/f/d) – German speaking

You will shape trading and risk processes for our clients, tailor Front Arena (formerly Front Arena) to their needs, and drive process optimization and automation forward.

• Advising: Leverage your experience in securities trading to analyze banking requirements in the capital markets Front Office and implement them in a client-oriented way.
  
• Optimizing: Maintain and improve business processes, continuously increasing efficiency through your expertise.
  
• Designing: Develop solutions for the further development of Front Arena software and make them practically implementable.
  
• Coordinating: Facilitate close collaboration between business units and developers to drive projects forward effectively.
  
• Automating: Map processes in Automic and implement workflows to significantly accelerate operations.
  
• Documenting: Carefully capture projects, processes, and developments to ensure quality and traceability.

• Expert Knowledge: Strong expertise in Front Arena (FIS Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform), Automic, Python, SQL, PyCharm or Visual Studio.
  
• Banking Expertise: Experience in banking, stock exchanges, or securities processing, or a relevant degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Economics.
  
• Process Understanding: Appreciation for iterative processes, IT affinity, and ability to manage projects independently.
  
• Communication: Strong moderation and presentation skills, assertiveness, and initiative.
  
• Languages: Excellent German (C2) and good English skills.
