Your focus at x1F

As an M365 Support Specialist, you ensure smooth and reliable operation of our Microsoft 365 environment. You support end users with their daily IT needs, resolve incidents efficiently, and keep our digital workplace running. Working in close coordination with higher support levels, you play a key role in maintaining service quality across Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Entra ID.

Your tasks

  • Provide Support: You handle and resolve M365 support requests on 1st and 2nd level with a strong service mindset.
  • Troubleshoot & Escalate: You analyze issues independently and escalate complex cases to 3rd level when needed.
  • Manage Users: You create, maintain, and manage accounts and permissions in the M365 environment.
  • Support Software: You assist with installations, updates, and patches to ensure stable performance.
  • Maintain Documentation: You keep solutions and processes clearly documented and up to date.
  • Enable Learning: You support end-user training and help colleagues make the most of M365 tools.
  • Drive Rollouts: You actively contribute to feature rollouts and improvements within M365.

Your skills and experience

  • Education: Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience: Initial experience in IT support, ideally in the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, and core M365 services
  • Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., TopDesk, ServiceNow).
  • Languages: Very good German skills (preferably with certification) and good English for daily communication
  • Skills: Strong team spirit, excellent communication, and a clear service orientation
