(Junior) Service Consultant (m/f/d)

Are you at home in the ITIL world? We are looking for a Service Consultant (m/f/d) in Configuration and Asset Management to strengthen our Service Operations team.
Your main task: supporting our daily operations – IT-related topics with an administrative focus.

• License Management: Create monthly software license reports and verify invoices based on work instructions.
• Asset & Configuration Management:
  • Maintain and update IT assets in the CMDB
  • Process standard activities, such as user on- and offboarding
• Authorization Management:
  • Assign, manage, and recertify permissions for specific tools
  • Coordinate authorization requests
• Ticket Handling: Manage and process tickets and operational tasks in our ITSM tool.

Remote work from our locations in Hungary, Poland, or Greece.

• Qualification: Vocational training, IT degree, or comparable qualification
• Service Operations: Experience in IT service operations
• ITSM & ITIL: Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (e.g., ITIL), ideally with ITIL Foundation certification
• Asset & License Management: Experience with asset/configuration management systems and license models from various vendors
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to work in complex customer environments with diverse processes
• Language: Very good German skills (at least B2) and fluent English are required
