Senior Guidewire Developer (m/f/d)

You will work with the latest versions of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite, tackling projects that cover implementation, integration, maintenance, development, and migration. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the insurance industry.

• Guidewire Development: Develop and enhance components of Guidewire implementation projects
• Project Management: Oversee project milestones, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes
• Solution Design: Customize and integrate software solutions to meet business needs
• Innovation: Explore and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency
• Client Engagement: Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and create technical documentation
• Automation & Maintenance: Build automated tests and support ongoing system maintenance
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with onsite teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Extensive experience in Guidewire Development
• Strong knowledge of ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and Integration
• Proficient in JVM technologies (Java 11/17, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL)
• Familiar with repository tools (IntelliJ, JIRA, GIT, SVN) and CI tools (Jenkins, Build automation)
• SQL expertise and experience in working with databases
• Understanding of software testing methods (TDD, JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium)
• Language skills: English (B2/C1), German (B2), Polish (native)
