SAP HCM ist deine Spielwiese – von klassischem HCM bis SuccessFactors. Du tauchst tief in die Architektur ein, optimierst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst smarte Erweiterungen mit ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori oder Customizing.

• Lösungsentwicklung: Konzeption und Implementierung individueller Lösungen im SAP HCM- und SuccessFactors-Umfeld mit aktuellen Technologien (ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, Customizing).
• Qualitäts- & Konzeptarbeit: Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Qualitätssicherung und Durchführung von Workshops.
• Kundenkommunikation: Du nimmst an wöchentlichen Meetings teil, erstellst Statusberichte und Reportings – bei Bedarf auch vor Ort beim Kunden.

• SAP-Expertise: Erfahrung mit ABAP-Entwicklung oder SAP UI5/Fiori sowie ein ganzheitliches Verständnis der SAP HXM/HCM-Welt.
• Projektmanagement-Skills: Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und fundierte methodische Kenntnisse.
• Kundenfokus: Du baust langfristige Beziehungen auf und stehst für Verlässlichkeit und Kontinuität.
• Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.
