You strengthen our Managed Services team with a proactive mindset and a desire for stable, reliable SAP operations. Together with the team, you ensure that SAP applications run smoothly, consistently and without interruptions. Our work focuses on SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Classic modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD and PS. We also support custom solutions, interfaces and integration scenarios, especially between accounting and logistics.
Your tasks
- Supporting: Take ownership of 2nd Level Support and coordinate with external 3rd Level teams. With your ability to quickly assess complex issues, guide key users through technical and functional questions.
- Analyzing: Qualify and investigate incoming support requests in close collaboration with key users. Through a structured approach, identify root causes and define clear next steps.
- Optimizing: Review module specific processes and uncover improvement potential. Work with customer stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance stability.
- Implementing: Design solutions within the relevant SAP modules. Apply customizing, support development tasks, test changes thoroughly and ensure clean deployment into the system landscape.
- Enabling: Conduct focused training sessions for key users and end users. Promote knowledge transfer and strengthen operational readiness.
Your skills and experience

Qualification:
Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable vocational training.

Experience:
Professional experience in SAP FI combined with knowledge in at least one additional module such as MM, SD, CO, PS or CATS.

Specialisation:
Technical and functional understanding of at least one relevant SAP module. Experience in IT support or customer service is an advantage.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of ABAP development at least at debugging level.

Process Knowledge:
Fundamental understanding of the SAP data model under ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA including data dependencies and common transactions for data analysis.

Languages:
Fluent German (B2 – C1) and solid English skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel at least 25 percent within Germany and, if required, Austria.
