SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) – German speaking

SAP HCM is where you feel at home. From classic HCM to SuccessFactors. You dive deep into the system architecture, optimize existing processes and develop smart extensions using ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori or customizing.

• Solution Development: You design, develop and support complex and customized solutions in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment, with a focus on Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM). Ideally, you bring a strong, holistic understanding of the entire HCM module landscape.
  
• Technology Use: You work with modern technologies such as ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori and customizing to efficiently implement complex requirements and further develop existing applications.
  
• Concept and Quality Work: You create technical concepts, ensure quality standards and conduct workshops.
  
• Client Communication: You participate in weekly client meetings, prepare status reports and documentation and, if required, support clients on site.

• SAP Expertise: SAP Expertise: Experience in ABAP development and a solid understanding of the SAP HXM/HCM ecosystem. Knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori is a strong advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Project Management Skills: Structured and independent working style with solid methodological knowledge.
  
• Customer Focus: You build long-term client relationships and stand for reliability and continuity.
  
• Language Skills: Native-level German (C2) for seamless communication with our clients and fluent English for collaboration in an international environment.
