In this role, you work on building and improving a modern data platform for a leading organization in the financial services sector. You’re involved in Snowflake-based solutions from requirements to implementation and help make sure data products are delivered in a solid and reliable way. You work closely with onshore and nearshore colleagues and bring your hands-on experience into day-to-day project work.

- Developing: In your role, you support the implementation of use cases in Snowflake and contribute to building data products within the platform.
- Implementing: Together with your colleagues, you work on the conception and implementation of requirements in Snowflake and help deliver stable and reliable data solutions.
- Testing: In your daily work, you perform developer tests and support the validation of implemented solutions to ensure quality and stability.
- Collaborating: You work closely with onshore and nearshore teams and help keep coordination and delivery across locations running smoothly.
- Learning: In your role, you continue to build your expertise in Snowflake, data platforms, dbt, and modern data engineering through hands-on project work.

- Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake development and implementation of data solutions in enterprise environments.
- Data Platforms: Proven track record in building and operating data platforms or data warehouse solutions in cloud environments.
- dbt: Practical experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation within ELT processes.
- Coordination: Experience acting as interface between distributed teams, ideally in onshore / nearshore setups.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services or banking environments is an advantage.
- Language Skills: Very good English skills at C1 level are required. German skills are beneficial for communication with clients and nearshore coordinators.
- Mobility: Occasional trips to Germany will be required for team and project meetings.
