Senior SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) – English and German speaking

You work across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, combining consulting, configuration, and development. Your focus is on optimizing existing processes and implementing tailored solutions using technologies such as ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, and Customizing.

• Consulting: Together with our SAP Application Management team, you support customers from the manufacturing and financial services sectors in getting the most out of their SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes.
  
• Configuring: Turning requirements into working solutions, you configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems and address technical challenges.
  
• Developing: You design and implement custom solutions using technologies such as ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, and Customizing.
  
• Conceptualizing: From technical concepts to quality assurance, your work helps ensure sustainable and reliable solutions.
  
• Conducting Workshops: You collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate requirements discussions, and help shape future system landscapes.
  
• Reporting: Regular status updates, project reporting, team meetings, and occasional customer visits are part of your day-to-day work.

• SAP Technologies: Experience with ABAP development and/or SAPUI5/Fiori as well as common SAP development and customization approaches.
  
• SAP HCM Expertise: Solid understanding of the SAP HXM/HCM landscape and experience developing custom solutions in environments.
• Developing: Design and implement custom solutions within SAP HCM using ABAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, and Customizing.
• Methods: Strong methodological skills in project work and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Languages: English skills at least B2 level and German skills at B1 level, with the willingness to further develop German language proficiency.
• Mobility: Flexibility to travel within the DACH region when project work, workshops, or customer meetings require a personal presence.
