(Senior) Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer

You work with the latest versions of the Guidewire Insurance Suite. Your core mission is to design, develop, and refine ClaimCenter solutions. This includes implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of complex system landscapes.

• Developing: You enhance ClaimCenter components and build solutions that fit business needs. With your experience, you bring new features into production efficiently.
• Designing: Through your technical know-how, you create custom integrations and shape system behavior so it performs reliably in real-world operations.
• Collaborating: With your ability to connect the dots, you work closely with onsite teams and help drive projects toward smooth delivery and consistent quality.
• Managing: You keep key milestones on track and ensure timelines and technical standards are met.
• Exploring: With your curiosity, you evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the performance and efficiency of our systems.
• Facilitating: You run client workshops, gather requirements, and document them in a clear and structured way.
• Testing: Through your precision, you build automated tests and support ongoing maintenance to keep our platforms stable and future ready.

• Qualification:  extensive experience in application development in Guidewire 
• Experience: ClaimCenter, with knowledge of other Centers considered an advantage
  
• Understanding: Guidewire data models and ORM, including strengths and limitations
  
• Proficiency: JVM-related technologies such as Java 11 or 17, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL SQL, Spring, Hibernate, and enterprise messaging
  
• Familiarity : repository tools like IntelliJ, JIRA, GIT, SVN, and CI tools such as Jenkins and build automation
  
• Competence: SQL databases
  
• Knowledge: software and system testing methods and tools including TDD, JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium
  
• Language skills: English at B2 or C1 level, native Polish required, nice-to-have German skills at B2 level

Hybrid work model

You will work mostly remotely, with one day per week on Wednesday at the client’s office in Warsaw. Working from our Warsaw office is optional and up to you.
