Microsoft Specialist Backend Services – German speaking (m/f/d)

You ensure the reliable operation and continuous optimisation of our Microsoft infrastructures in a professional multi-tenant environment – including a strong focus on on-premise backend systems. Your work covers a wide range of scenarios: FINSecure Cloud, on-premise, hybrid or cloud-only. Your core responsibility lies in administering and further developing our Microsoft server landscape.

This role can be performed remotely from one of our locations in Hungary, Poland or Greece. Looking ahead, there is the optional opportunity to build and lead your own team – in close coordination with your team lead based in Germany.

• Microsoft backend administration: Operation and further development of Microsoft infrastructure including Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Entra ID, MS Tenant, MS Teams, Exchange Online and the Defender Suite
• Cloud services management: Administration of standard Microsoft cloud services (M365, Azure) across various scenarios (cloud-only, hybrid, on-premise)
• Troubleshooting: Detection and resolution of faults, malfunctions and security incidents
• Process compliance: Handling of incidents and changes in line with ITIL V4 standards
• System maintenance: Proactive system management, maintenance and coordination of external service providers
• Documentation and knowledge management: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operating manual

• Technical qualification: Completed training in an IT-related field or equivalent practical experience. Several years of experience as a system administrator in Microsoft environments
• Microsoft expertise: Excellent knowledge of M365 services and on-premise Microsoft systems administration
• Cloud competence: Good understanding of Azure services
  Automation: Solid PowerShell skills
• Process knowledge: Experience in professional, process-driven IT operations
• Work style and mindset: Strong focus on quality and service, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and empathically
• Languages: German at C1 level or higher is essential for supporting our German clients. Good English skills (B2) are required for cross-team collaboration
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany
• Nice to have: Microsoft certifications
